New Year, New Determination to See Differently even if It is Only by the Sea

As we embark upon the newness of 2025 we should have many aspirations of the fulfillment of time. What will make this year different? How will we stand out in the midst of changing of the guards? What plans do we have for furthering our reach and our venture to establish our mark in our communities and within our networks of influence?

I know this can all seem overwhelming right? It can be front loaded and backend heavier than last years revealing truths. I want to specifically focus on the impact and influence of our total care this year. Not the fad diets, not the self-help 1/2 read and responded to questions, but the wholeheartedness of our influence and access to self management of total health and well being. The physical aspect of monitoring our moments, not just our appointments.

Can we review the habits that we have already delved into, stress being number one, binging being number two, not just on food, but alcohol, TV, social media and lack of environmental maintenance? That means my mind, my space and my most visited environments. No my life is not perfect, my home does not mimic a model home, and the clutter of everyday tasks of achievement can leave us baffled with how to juggle the accuracy of lab results, the scale of abomination and the medication list.

We have to recognize what we can physically and mentally do something about. At that point, we can begin to prioritize the simplicity of one task at a time until we see results that are propelling us to have an encouraged investment in our own accountability. Optimum goals being those which will boast in the changes that we notice and not just the obstacles that hinder us from progressing into our change.

Time is not a matter of choice, it will pass no matter what we do; but the evaluation of results come in simple pleasures everyday. I walked with ease today, I shopped without the anxiety of is there enough and will I actually take time to prepare what I purchased.

Then I evaluated whether the circle of influence around me has been supportive of my goal for change and implementation.
