The Fit Mind


The fit mind starts with a made-up mind. As I move about throughout the day my thoughts can carry a variety of subjects. One thing that always seems to challenge me is the way I decide whether I am dealing with cobwebs of old mindsets or creating a newness of determination. When I move into determination I move into a place of sharpness and acuity. I begin to focus on what my desired level of fitness equals. The stimulation of thought brings manifestation. Whatever we think about the most becomes active in our reality. Recognizing this is causing me to stretch the board of middle-life endurance, assurance, and a desire to close foundational gaps.

I am reminded of the grout or cement that holds together brick and mortar and even flooring that is available in shapes, colors, and even textures. If the flooring of a thing is unstable then the cracks in the walls will cause the building to be unstable and have blemishes.

The Fit Mind recognizes the ability to see the flaws in it all, from beginning to present. However, the Fit Mind stimulates the ability to reshape a thing, not necessarily with tape and adhesives, but rebuild, reestablish, and relaunch the images that don't just illude strength, but actually have the capacity to hold on to the weight of a distinguished fit mind.

Keep growing, keep creating, and most importantly keep a fit mind that will act as the adhesive even when things become unstable beyond your control.

My mind is fixed, and now my actions have the power to move me to where my thoughts had already been.
